Important things you need to know (12 month AAPT Music Pack)

  • This offer is only available to residential customers who connect to any AAPT broadband plan with a speed of 512k or higher (Eligible Service).
  • AAPT Music Pack may not be available to all homes or on all computers.
  • AAPT Music Pack gives you access to www.theinsong.com/aapt to download and stream music.
  • Access to www.theinsong.com/aapt is restricted to computers which have access to an active AAPT broadband service.
  • One music subscription is allowed per customer account.
  • AAPT’s Acceptable Use Policy and EMI’s Terms of Use (www.theinsong.com/aapt/terms.asp) apply to your use of this service.

What's it all cost?

  • Billed from the activation date
  • Your subscription is billed monthly at the end of your billing month.
  • The AAPT Music Pack subscription charge is charged on the same date as the AAPT billing date.
  • Your monthly included value accrues from your activation date which may not be the same as your billing date
  • You may check your activation date and account balance online through www.theinsong.com/aapt
  • Unused included value can't be carried over to the next month.
AAPT Music Pack – 12 months $17.99 for $50 worth of music track downloads and unlimited music streaming

If you exceed the monthly included value of the AAPT Music Pack, you will be charged separately for any additional music purchases you make each month.  Any additional charges will be billed by EMI and are due at the time of purchase.  You must pay the additional charges to EMI by credit card.

In the first month, you will pay a pro-rated AAPT Music Pack subscription amount (from the activation date to the AAPT billing date). However, you will still receive a full month of AAPT Music Pack included value based on your activation date. 

Monthly charges and total minimum commitment

AAPT Music Pack contracts are available to credit approved customers who agree to a minimum commitment period of 12 months.

Your minimum monthly charge (excluding call charges, additional music purchase charges and any line rental, home phone, mobile or broadband subscription) is:

Early Termination Fee

If you terminate your AAPT Music Pack service at any time during the 12 month contract period, you will be charged an Early Termination Fee as set out below:

If you terminate your Eligible Service at any time during the 12 month contract period for the AAPT Music Pack, the AAPT Music Pack will also be terminated. Early Termination Fees may apply to both the broadband service and the music service.

Moving between plans

If you change your Eligible Service at any time during the AAPT Music Pack contract term, the AAPT Music Pack will continue (provided your broadband plan is 512k or higher).  If you move to a broadband plan that is lower than 512k, your AAPT Music Pack may be terminated and an Early Termination Fee may apply.
